Pros

Excellent work/life balance, benefits are best-in-class, community involvement, integrity of upper management.

Cons

Culture could benefit from becoming more merit-based. Individual performance and rewards are not necessarily aligned.

Pros

The facility is nice and they do offer flexible work schedules.

Cons

Advancement is based more on "ass-kissing" rather than results. The same can be said for salary and bonuses. Incompetence is rampant through management. Just put it this way - One Investment Professional was so fed up with with how things were run in her area that she joined the Peace Corp to be around people that were doing good with their lives and to get away from the "Corporate Pschycopaths".

Pros

Pretty safe environment. Think of it as working for the state but for a little better pay.

Cons

Hardly any growth oppurtunity. No clear direction or goals. Senior leadership is about a vague as possible. Leadership is never held accountable for anything, so don't expect support from anyone, as that would require them to be accountable.
