Pros

You definitely meet some great people and they have decent benefits with lots of time off and even overtime opportunities

Cons

The training is rushed, they expect way too much out of you with minimal knowledge. You get 0.0002 seconds between calls and cant even take a quick drink or bathroom break. You get yelled at for things you cant control and you're forced to lie to members to make the company look better. if you value your mental health i would avoid any call center

Pros

Decent time off, somewhat flexible hours, Competitive pay

Cons

If the profits start to drop, the people at the bottom are laid off in droves, while the people making $150k+ continue to receive lucrative bonuses. This happens every few years.

Pros

Great co workers and managers

Cons

Work load is unsustainable. Customers are very rude and abusive. Everyone is burned out and behind. Had several coworkers tell me they were on anti depressants, we’re having panic attacks, reflux, nightmares. You name it. I left to save my sanity and I was good at my job. Felt bad for the newer hires as they immediately were behind on workload and never got caught up unless they went on vacation for two weeks while their work was split up for others to do. If you were a work horse, then more was given to you, and others just would slide. You’re expected to handle 5 or more claims a day, answer every call in the VEC line, make sure all emails are addressed, and constant idrive training. On top of all that, your claims are constantly reviewed for quality, which is almost impossible to pass due to workload. Work in a different department than total loss. Believe me.
