Pros

Always has a lot of job openings and there is a lot of opportunity to advance within the company.

Cons

They don’t value existing employees and are always trying to push existing employees out so they can fill that position with someone less experienced so they can pay them less money.

Pros

Pretty much everybody there is a pleasure to be around. Very respectful of work life balance. Benefits aren't amazing, pay isn't amazing, but it is a very "mature" company that treats you like a human and understands that this job is a "part of your life" and not your WHOLE life. Nobody is going to ask you to stay late, nobody is going to question if you need to leave early to pick up your kids. Nobody is expecting you to "play hero" and make sacrifices for your project.

Cons

The main negative is that since pay and benefits are below competitive rates, talent tends to be on the lower end. Which means a lot of policing and hand holding if you want to maintain quality.
