upper management becoming too greedy, bonuses shrinking by each passing year criteria for qualification to receive bonuses getting tougher, unqualified workers promoted left and right, say something that management doesn't like or like being brought up or rub them in the wrong way that's the end of your career won't be able to transfer shifts or get promoted, no reward for good work ethics and no discipline for poor work practices, you could be harassed and bring the problem to your supervisor and he won't do anything about it, is either you get fired or walk out.
