"Navanti's social media campaign: a joke"

Pros

1. I developed unique expertise about a region not many are working on, thanks to my own efforts, ambitions, and initiatives. 2. Flexible schedule 3. Flex Fridays

Cons

1. Leadership instead of assuming responsibility, they are still lying. 2. Navanti used to be a fun place to work in, not anymore. It's just toxic and will bring you down. 3. Encouraging analyst to publish is a big lie, this is something CEO always was opposed to because he doesn't want them to shine and build a brand for themselves. I am glad I didnt listen to him. 4. Stop lying, bonuses paid months later, that's not something positive.Employees were promised bonuses that were never paid. 5. Navanti doesn't have commercial clients and lies about its capabilities. Which puts analysts under pressure to perform tasks not trained for. 6. Navanti doesn't provide any training whatsoever to its new employees. 7. Navanti does not and never did take care of its main asset: smart analysts. Rather prefer having puppets who are just agreeing and accepting everything. Basically taking advantage of desperate people afraid of not finding a job elsewhere.

State of the Union

Pros

As has been enumerated by my colleagues ad naseum, the analysts on the floor are an incrediblly talented, bright and motivated bunch. It was a tremendous honor to work with many of the brightest minds in the field. I will be the first to claim that I am deeply indebted to Navanti for the excellent training I received and I highly recommend it to anybody who is attempting to break into the analytical field. It is indeed intense and fast paced, but I promise it will prepare you well for whatever path you ultimately decide upon.

Cons

However, I take umbrage at the recent batch of reviews that have written off our legitimate concerns and gripes as the rantings of lying trolls. You are of course entitled to your opinion, but you are also very much mistaken if you think that everyone at that company is treated with equal respect. The anger is real. The racism is real. I can personally vouch for the rampant and ongoing sexism. For many of your current and formal employees, the environment continues to be toxic.

A Great Place to Grow

Pros

I am aware of the negative comments that many have posted, but the comments I have read do not reflect my experience in Navanti. Simply put, I really like working for Navanti. There are never days where I wake up and I don't want to go to work. In my time, I have been fortunate to work on three different projects for three different clients, each of which challenged me and allowed me to grow. Moreover, I truly enjoy Navanti's work environment and in particular my teammates on the project that I currently work on. Another thing I truly enjoy is that Navanti is a place that encourages creativity and thinking outside of the box. My team and I are constantly striving to find better ways to do things and incorporating new ideas and concepts into products. Beyond my team, Navanti employs a lot of intelligent, driven, and kind people who make, at least in my perception, the work environment enjoyable.

Cons

The work days can be long and the work stressful.
