Navarro is a dynamic company with very technical opportunities throughout the Federal government agencies and military. The majority of the companies employees are attached to a contract and are located across the country providing jobs and opportunities throughout the USA. The corporate office provides HR, Accounting, Payroll, and Recruiting support for everyone - providing consistency across the country. The President and senior staff are very involved in operations throughout the company therefore providing excellent customer service and employee relations.
Cons
As a government small business contractor, the contracts by definition have a beginning and end that may range from 1 yr to9 years. This has it has its advantages but unfortunately does not necessarily allow for long term tenure, career development or advancement.
