Pros

-Remote -included into the business goals and financials so it lets you know the overall status of the company -decent pto

Cons

(This applies specifically to the Real Property Management division) -you will be severely underpaid, guaranteed below market rate - team huddles consist of trash talking coworkers -you won't learn any new skills -minimal marketing tools to do your job - minimal raise that will make no difference, even after 2 raises I was still below market rate -no growth in role because they will not want to pay for a new title -responsible for several things outside of role, since they don't want to hire new people you will do very mundane task. - will spend several weeks/months completing a mandatory task just for it to be changed days later and back to square one. - they will monitor your time, if you are away for any amount of time you will hear about it. -will retaliate if you don't conform to their "culture" -benefits are very expensive -mandatory travel to Dallas
