Good people - uncertainty on the companies future

Pros

I've met some very smart and inspiring people. I've had opportunities to execute and work on some personal growth opportunistic type of projects. The need to constantly look to future for growth opens the door for evolution.

Cons

It used to seem as if internal promotion vs external hiring to fill said position was the priority but that's not been the case. If you want a promotion the monetary compensation + title don't add up. If you want the fair market value salary you have to quit and be rehired.

Cons

Upper management/ C Suite don't really follow through with COV. Only care about dollar amount, not actually helping.

Weird Cringy Culture

Pros

Peers can be friendly. Company just remodeled the 6th floor (HUGE deal lol) Lots of brands

Cons

Cannot speak for the entire company but the franchise technology department “Zorware” is a revolving door due to certain leadership which is absolutely toxic.
