Neighborly IAC infrastructure

Pros

Neighborly has a relaxed work from home environment. Neighborly is good at providing training. Neighborly has a fairly modern cloud infrastructure in the AWS cloud.

Cons

Neighborly lacks vision and leadership. They are control by one engineer who dictates everything. An example would be launching a full IAC environment using Teraform only. This is not a practical approach with the whole team does not know Teraform.

- Work from home option available - Collaborating with some very talented employees

Cons

- Middle managers unsupportive and threw employees under the bus to protect themselves - Give a lot of lip service to their "code of values" but don't actually live it - Will use any excuse necessary to preventing paying bonuses or even industry-standard salaries
