They have a solid infrastructure and are committed to the industry and their franchisees.

Cons

Politics seem to drive too many decisions and it creates frustration when you want to do the right thing but can't.

Pros

I can't think of any but they tell you how lucky you are to work there. They are desperate for low pay hard working employees so it might be easy to get a job there

Cons

Low pay, poor benefits, little PTO, expensive health ins, no parking, very stressful heart attack/stroke environment. Cult like atmosphere. Very unhappy workers; little chance for advancement. They consider you a trained monkey and easily replaced. Onward and upward they say no matter the cost or misery to employees and franchisees expense. They have a code of values but don't follow it.
