Really great people much like a family. I absolutely loved them and working with the staff there. The culture there should be what other companies aspire to.

Cons

Starting salary was much lower that comparable jobs in the market.

High rate of turn over!!! I discovered my supervisor was illegally changing my time sheets and when I brought it to his attention he fired me...I think this is called retaliation, right?
