Cult like is an understatement, they say one thing and do another. The care about one thing and one thing only, the bottom line.

The Dwyer Group is a good company to work for overall. The culture makes it a great place to work. Most of the management team truly care about the employees and the success of the company.

Cons

Benefits need improvement; Like to hire externally, rather than promote from within; Communication between departments is lacking; high turnover; need better training programs and support
