Cons

Alot of change in the department -which can make some uneasy, but also is a great opportunity for future. Marketing is currently off site / separated from the rest of campus

Pros

Great culture. Caring people that don't just talk about the Code of Values but also live it. Since Dwyer Group owns so many companies there is a lot of opportunity for professional and personal growth.

Cons

Being located in Waco can at times be a challenge for the company but having said that I personally love it being located here.

Dismal Benefits - Employees treated like replaceable drones

Pros

adequate on-site gym, next to river if you like running or walking during your breaks

Cons

No growth potential, worst benefits package I've ever seen( very few paid holidays, less than two weeks of PTO, and 1% company 401k matching with a plan that charges YOU for its management fees!), outdated policies that don't reflect the needs and desires of the new workforce (millennials... beware), and a management team that treats its staff as if they should be lucky to be employed.
