Pros

They are one of the biggest companies in town, but that's not saying much for a city so small. They have a nice campus and maintain it well.

Cons

They spend a lot of time chanting their mission statement and core values, but the minute you walk away from a meeting, they force you to break those values. They have poor opportunity for growth laterally, or vertically. Nepotism is rampant. If you don't have the right last name, don't expect fair treatment.

Pros

The culture in marketing department is awesome! Employees are very friendly and work is very rewarding. Neat to work with some of the best in the business.

Cons

Marketing building is currently located away from other departments which makes it difficult to work with others outside of the department.

Pros

Great Opportunity for great commission. Must be a self starter and willing to deal with constant changes and a lot of drama. Commission is paid quickly.

Cons

Very low base salary considering you work weekends and on average 50 hours plus. Health Insurance is pathetic and expensive. 401k forget about it, they only match up to $1,000 per year max. High pressure environment, no time to collect thoughts and their turnover is really bad. The average turnover is 2 per month are being fired in the sales department. Do not make friends because it's a matter of time before they are most likely fired or leave.
