Pros

Dwyer has a Code of Values that, for the most part, the employees attempt to live by. This is a good thing as it is a basic outline of living by the Golden Rule--"treat others as you would like to be treated."

Cons

Watch your back. You will be prevented from doing your job by those who are afraid that you will not be dependent on them. Your work will be micromanaged and sabotaged. You must commit intellectual suicide to work here. High turn-over rate. Very, very expensive health insurance. Comparatively low pay.

My department is wonderful! Very lax and not micro-managed whatsoever. I enjoy coming to work every day.

Cons

- not great holidays - no sick days - we are off campus (for at least another year)

Pros

You don't have to be very talented to work here. The people are generally friendly.

Cons

Poor compensation and benefits. Very old school and bureaucratic. The "Code of Values" is incorporated into everything the company does, which makes it feel like a corporate religion. At best, it's a reminder of some good ideas of general good human behavior. At it's worst, it's a waste of time and used as a shield by management.
