Pros

good for someone who likes to stay busy. also good for someone who wants other people to do all work

Cons

during last town hall, our CEO spent all our time talking about the new logo. would have been nice if we talked about the issues in the company. workload, favoritism, managers treating employees like dirt.

As CEO of NeoGenomics, I am responding personally to this employee post because I am responsible for our Culture and take that responsibility seriously. Our Culture is based on Values such as Quality, Teamwork, and Accountability. In fact, these Values were the topic of the Pharma Services Division Town Hall Meeting that I hosted 2 weeks ago for about 70 of our great employees. At NeoGenomics, we try to treat our people with respect and always try to do the right thing as we serve our clients and patients. - You are going to be VERY busy - Could do a better job of planning ahead

Pros

Decent pay, benefits are acceptable. None of this matters if work life sucks

Cons

Unqualified people promoted. Management looks other way. Clinical trials department is a mess. Management ok with bad behavior from their pets. HR aware of problem but does nothing
