Pros

NeoXam is a great company to work for. Management is open-minded and always available. The culture is based on trust and team-spirit. US HR team is doing a great job on this front. People are amazing and always willing to help. Start-up mindset. I have been given the right level of autonomy and trust to fulfill my assignements.

Cons

Working environment may be improved (laptops, common areas) but it's in the pipe and concrete efforts have been made during the last months.

Very unprofessional and the people who run the shop are not the kind of decent folk

Poor management and very little compensation… not to mention… the reviews here at mostly fake
