Management seems to be opened to employees. Cooperative environment. A start-up spirit for those how are excited about this kind of gig

Cons

No documentation No clear working process No much value for talents Low salary No spirit to build a team, they want already senior employees but with paper pushers salaries!

- Interesting challenges on a regular basis - Remote friendly environment especially during the pandemic - Great health insurance for me and my family - Team work and exchanging ideas and experience - Surrounded by several experienced and intelligent people from whom I can learn.
