Pros

Good Work life balance and flexibility of timings provided you are not in few projects which do not have it.

Cons

No financial growth only 1 yr someone should join and then use an throw like a condom to them, unless u get extraordinary package and u r not bother about money. Do not join under Shiladitya Roychoudhari the most rubbish guy i have seen in IT industry ever in my career,Rather than looking at work he cares most about how is ur dressing ,how much hrs u r putting in work, even if u have workload and deadlines he asks to attend some rubbish management meetings setup for everyone in organisation even when they are useless and can be skipped.Even at the last day he keeps u torturing for some foolish things like not available to clearnace ,when asked to have a discussion say just few mins and then moves away and then no response.

Pros

when they suddenly fire you (Paypal is yet to figure out completely which way it wants to move, agile - not agile, Chennai - Bangalore, Java - C++, Desktop - Mobile) they say they will pay 3 months salary

Cons

1) well, They dont. 2) if you resign and Paypal releases you before 3 months, Ness forces you to pay 3 months salary to them else they do not give you experience certificate. 3) No hike this year.

Pros

2–3 small gifts in a year during occasions like Diwali or events.

Cons

The company hires employees as permanent, but in practice job security depends entirely on project availability. Once a project is completed, employees may be asked to leave if no immediate project is assigned. Bench management is extremely weak. After being moved to the bench, communication from the RMG team almost completely stops (emails and messages go unanswered). The RMG team lacks visibility into employees’ technical skill sets, making redeployment difficult. Learning and development resources provided during bench time are outdated and ineffective. Overall, the environment creates constant job insecurity, even for permanent employees.
