Pros

Nice specious office building located next to the Airport, convenient for public transport. Decent benefits comes with the contract, and thats about it.

Cons

Too many politics, promotion is based on favouritism, lack of quality skills among managers, technical support engineers, and most of all escalation engineers. The turnover at Netapp is high and fast, people leave before they even master the product due to hostile and toxic environment, where managers bully and intimidate employees as means of management.
