Pros

Good workplace. Free Snacks every evening 6 PM. Unlimited Free Beers every Friday. Excellent new Campus

Cons

Managers are very worst especially the level 1 managers they do the full favor to the one who butters them well. Frist line (L1) managers in support are not even fit for their job, they are biased and have lacked in leadership quality. So many good guys left because of their managers.
