Pros

It's hard to find any, most of the good people have already left. Attrition is out of control. Run away if you can

Cons

Constant change as new leaders are brought on board. Then the new leaders figure out its a losing game and yet another new leader is brought on board. No real interest in employee development. Its all about making the quarterly numbers (which hasn't happened in a while). New CEO who built the product that no one wants, not sure how he's going to fix anything

Pros

Excellent pay and benefits with a relatively good work/life balance.

Cons

Middle, upper, and executive management have lost touch with what the average day-to-day employee experience and make judgement calls based on money alone.
