This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow at a company that takes care of you

Cons

Less about NetApp but more about working a support role is that there is not that much of an opportunity for "hands on" training

Pros

great colleagues, great benefits, good pay, lots of training available

Cons

confusion about direction of company, uncertainty about the next bid thing that will keep the company afloat, used to have a lot better leadership and understanding of what it meant to set appropriate expectations
