The company is hard driving but those who thrive on this and build trust internally like it. Just like any high tech market, there are ups and downs but the forward progress has been steady, with only the usual speed bumps and growing pains. The product plan is always evolving and pragmatic, dealing with reality, not pie in the sky visions. The “toxic” culture described by a former employee (clearly written by our departed product strategy director) applies only to those who could not earn respect on their own merits and got pushed aside. Frankly I am disappointed in his parting shot here because we all knew he under-performed and was a cultural misfit. Keep up or be left behind.

Always progressing on customer needs, always agile and striving to do the right thing, dealing well with a demanding market, treats people (who fit in) well, pragmatic about product plans. I disagree with recent disgruntled former employees. Take that chip on your shoulder somewhere else. In particular, I find it ironic that the most negative recent review was written by our former head of product strategy since he/she is the one who was supposed own the vision he/she claimed does not exist.
