It's obvious to us who wrote the extremely negative reviews. These are people who were let go. We, the current employees, know why they are disgruntled. It's wrong to try to sink a ship because of personal circumstances and grievances.

-Market leading products backed by very competent and effective leadership, engineering, and client service teams with a clear vision and go to market strategy. -Extremely smart and talented colleagues who are willing to help out in a pinch – not just specific to your immediate team, but across a number of different teams. -If you speak up and present a business case/rationale, your voice will be heard, whether through management or collaboration from other teams to collectively solve client and business issues. -Given much latitude to help define and structure how you want to manage clients and time within parameters of collective goals toward team/company success. -There’s always something to challenge you beyond your comfort level—which keeps things interesting. You’re expected to wear many hats and bring something (or many things) to the table. Sink or swim, NetBase is not for the faint-hearted looking to push papers and clock out at 5pm. -Flexibility to work from home, on the road, or in the office—as a globally dispersed/diverse, but connected team.
