It has truly been a game changer for large enterprises everywhere as networking has become more and more complex over the years. There is nothing in the market that comes close to what NetBrain can do with intent-based automation across the entire network and problem diagnosis automation so that network engineers no longer need to rely completely on CLI to diagnosis problems in the network. As for the company's direction, we acknowledge that we faced challenges in 2019 and 2020, even early in 2021 as we transformed from a go-to-market that was based on perpetual direct sales with an entirely inside sales team to a true global field sales team with three year subscriptions, ARR and a thriving channel ecosystem. Those challenges don't happen easily, but we've not exceeded our global sales goal for FOUR quarters in a row and we're looking to finish 2022 strong and make it the best year we've ever had! We've made this transition and seen this growth despite a global pandemic, unprecedented inflation and a lot of uncertainty and unrest all over the world. Our CEO told the entire company in March of 2020 during our first virtual company all-hands meeting that his two top priorities were keeping everyone at the company healthy and keeping everyone at the company together. We stood by that and did not have any Covid-related layoffs despite a lot of economic uncertainty and some challenges while navigating the aforementioned organizational changes. All this being said, we know we're not perfect, and we want to continue to get better. Thanks for taking time to share your feedback. The technology we provide is unparalleled in the market, and I would contend that our people are more than solid! No doubt, we've had to adapt through some changes, but we've taken every opportunity to fill open roles with elite talent and I think we've been successful in those efforts! We've added an outstanding Chief Revenue Officer and a brand new role reporting to the CEOs office that will be running various Business Transformation efforts, taking customer feedback and turning it into results. Turning advice into immediate action is difficult. It's important to consider feedback and I promise you that all of the feedback is considered as we try to improve as a company. Sprinkles of legitimate smart peers that will challenge you daily, and many helpful folks around the ecosystem. Lots of potential, the product is sound.

Cons

Lack of investment in tools and software to do our jobs Leadership needs to be completely reorganized from the very - top. Lack of long term strategy, or anything beyond a weekly forecast call. Kinda like a family owned food truck, that changes its menu, and no one knows how to order from it it; with way too many cooks in the kitchen, so no one can execute.

Thanks for sharing your experience at NetBrain. We're happy about the many 5 star reviews, but it's reviews like this one that can sometimes be the most useful for our growth as a company. There are lots of ways for leaders to lead and many different styles that can produce results, but one thing we try to do very well is communicate and listen. Weekly forecast calls are certainly an important component for a company like ours, but I love the ecosystem calls where department leaders and middle management from various teams share important updates and talk about how we can collaborate cross functionally to achieve certain goals. Strategies can evolve over time, especially with a product where the technology is evolving so rapidly, but our eyes are always on the long term big picture goals. I would encourage you or anyone who has specific feedback and achievable ideas for how we can better execute to share them, either with your manager or your People Team Business Partner.
