Exceptional Company for High Performers

Pros

NetDocuments is truly an incredible place to work, especially for those who thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. The company fosters a culture that rewards hard work and delivers on its promise of pay-for-performance — those who excel are rewarded handsomely for their efforts. One of the standout benefits is a unique offering through Forma, a flexible benefit that allows employees to personalize perks and reimbursements for wellness, learning, and lifestyle expenses, supporting their individual needs and interests. The healthcare package is another highlight, with reasonable premiums and a fantastic HSA match that makes managing healthcare expenses much more manageable. I only left because another opportunity found me, but I often wonder where my career could have gone had I stayed. NetDocuments is a place where career growth is within reach for those who are willing to put in the effort. Each position at the company has multiple levels with corresponding pay bands, providing clear opportunities for professional and financial growth, even for those who prefer not to transition into management roles which I always thought was pretty amazing. I’ve seen some reviews critique the HR team, but in my experience, that couldn't be further from the truth. The HR team is exceptional — some of the most genuine, warm, and employee-focused advocates I’ve ever worked with. They always go above and beyond to ensure the well-being and success of everyone at the company.

Cons

The company could improve in celebrating wins. Everyone is so focused on keeping their eye on the goals that celebrations, while appreciated, are often short-lived. It’s worth noting that the pace and workload here might be a challenge for those coming from slower environments or smaller companies, but for anyone ready to step up and deliver, NetDocuments is second to none.

Went down hill fast, unfortunately

Pros

Pay was good, Flex Time off, some of the people were awesome to work with and they feed twice a week with an open snack bar. There are a few remaining good people!

Cons

There are so many to list here: One the C-Suite is full of arrogant leaders who only care about themselves and making a profit. There have been directors hired who have chased away excellent talent, so many have left and no one at the company seems to care about it. The HR department has had crazy turnover as well because the company is not good to work for, HR is not helpful at all and they don’t do their jobs well. Moral is extremely low and teams are asked to complete projects in ridiculous and unrealistic times. Changes, mostly bad, happen so fast you could get whiplash! Stay away from this place if you can!

With this said, we see there are elements of your experience that are below your expectations. As a company, we strive to apply our values in our operations. If you feel specific behaviors of a specific individual are cause for concern, you can make a confidential report to either the HR department or Legal department.
