Felt like a pawn in my corner

Pros

Good benefits, unlimited PTO as well

Cons

No defined training or onboarding methods. There are the "haves" with experience and knowledge, and anyone new is a "have-not" who can rely on videos and recorded demos to learn from. Definitely felt the class system from management - don't dare to rock the boat or you are blackballed.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We acknowledge the concerns you've raised, particularly around the lack of structured training and onboarding processes. A more inclusive and supportive environment for new employees is needed, ensuring everyone has equal access to the tools and knowledge required to succeed, regardless of their prior experience. Your point about the perceived divide between management and the rest of the team is also something we take seriously. We understand fostering an open and collaborative culture, where all voices are heard and valued, is essential for growth and long-term success. We are committed to creating a space where employees feel comfortable offering suggestions and asking questions without fear of negative repercussions. Your input is invaluable in helping us improve, and we appreciate your honesty.

Poor Work-Life Balance and Toxic Blaming Culture

Business Outlook

Pros

Some colleagues are helpful and willing to collaborate.

Cons

The work-life balance is practically non-existent. Long hours are expected, and there's little regard for personal time or boundaries. There's a pervasive blaming culture, where mistakes are quickly assigned to individuals rather than focusing on solutions or teamwork. Upper management lacks accountability and often scapegoats employees when things go wrong, fostering a high-stress environment.
