Pros

NetDocuments had a good culture and community. Flexible work hours. Opportunity to provide value as the company grew.

Cons

Went from a small company to a large company, losing a good portion of it's culture. As such the focus went to bottom line at the expense of it's employees well being.

We recognize the transition from a small to a large company can bring about significant changes, including shifts in culture and priorities. We understand these changes can affect employee well-being, and our employees remain a top priority for us. We are committed to maintaining the essence of our original culture that values each individual and their contributions. We active explore ways to balance our financial responsibilities with the well-being of our team members. Feedback is crucial in this process, and we encourage ongoing dialogue to ensure we are moving in the right direction together.
