- The company culture is very inclusive and welcoming, it's easy to make friends - The work pushes you to develop new skills and do your best - The job is fulfilling - Great bosses, the best I've ever had

Cons

- Though it's easy to make friends all over the company, there's too much rivalry and cliquish behavior between departments
