      Pros

      The product is truly loved by the industry. Very much establishing itself as the front-runner in the space. The company itself has been around for 20+ years so there is major stability but still has the "startup" feel in the good ways. Free lunch every Wednesday. Great benefits, unlimited PTO. Great culture. Great people. Work is fun to come to.

      Cons

      The exit to the building is the worst I-15 exit in the state.

      Pros

      Wonderful benefits (100% paid premiums), SelectMed+, Flexible Time Off, Ability to work from home on occasion, free lunches on Wednesdays, other kind and fun employees, ability to move around departments if your skills are needed there.

      Cons

      Older style of environment, not a very young employee base, getting things done takes a long time, don't see a lot of room to move up in the future.
