      Pros

      Great platform, people, clients and management. Package is competitive and uncapped potential with freedom to take control of how you deliver on expectations whilst being supported by a highly skilled and credible team

      Cons

      With growth comes challenges, it’s hard but rewarding work and expect to contribute. Internal processes are improving all the time and sill have a little way to go. The investment was slow coming but is now visible.

      Pros

      There are still some smart, dedicated people in the organization that really care about the company and it's employees.

      Cons

      NetDocuments management is a joke. They have no idea what they are doing, and they consistently spend too little money in Engineering to fix the many endemic problems that they have. Product Management does NOT trust Engineering, and it shows in many ways. Engineering has to come up with creative storytelling (lying) on certain tasks to be able to perform the most necessary refactoring to keep the product stable. They continue to make promises to customers that they don't keep. They would rather continue to ship new features than fix some of the many technological issues they have with their infrastructure. They recently laid off a number of people. This layoff seemed to be all about money and cutting cost, without any regard as to the knowledge or skillsets they were losing. This is just another company that is all about the all mighty dollar with no real regard for the people that work there.
