A lot of restructuring and growth paths were created. The company is going through a lot of changes. Bi yearly salary increments

Lots of good people. Good collaboration.

Cons

Some of the management is terrible. Increasing politics, just not what it used to be. Very sad to see a good company start going downhill when it comes to employment.
