Same sales position as the company down the road

Pros

There aren't many pros above what other companies are offering ND offers the basic offering just like any other company

Cons

Sales at ND is modern slavery they say they care about you but they dont lead gen is garbage they bleed you like a turnip because they would rather pay 20 guys to do the same job it would take 8-10 all to drive hunger and not pay squat, but in reality, they could pay 8-10 people and those people would be far happier and the company would pay roughly the same amount but they care more that you aren't actually hitting quota to pay you.

Great leaders, transparent processes, lots of little perks to earn, decent benefits, great work environment, somewhat flexible hybrid remote/in office work

Cons

Salesforce team sucks (they fix one channel and three others bug out, which makes it very difficult to access warmer leads), not as remote as the listing said it was.
