      Great benefits and perks. Exciting environment and fast-paced work. Quality people in management. Value employee's time and their families.

      Cons

      No raises. Slow to change direction. Hard to get things moving since there are always other departments to get on the same page.

      Great culture & environment; positive energy & spirit of growth. Everyone owns their "niche" and is allowed to do great work without excessive micro-management. A great history & story; many long-term employees as well as new hires. Most outside hires come by referral.

      Cons

      Not many opportunities for career growth; company often prefers to hire externally rather than promote from within, leaving individuals stuck in their assigned roles. As company grows, roles tend to narrow in focus and become more defined. Often very "silo" oriented.
