      Pros

      Great work environment; co-workers are friendly and genuinely care about each other. You are never just another "face in the crowd". Management strikes a good balance of being professional and friendly, while also encouraging employees to grow and improve. There is an established system for contributing ideas and they are considered, reviewed, and implemented provided there is merit to them. Very accommodating of schedules and school.

      Cons

      Sometimes a little resistant to change when things already work, but a minimal issue. If possible, I would give an overall rating of 4.5 stars.

      Pros

      - This company has smart people and a solid product. - Management style likes fast talkers and people who are very assertive. - Employees must be willing to constantly advocate for themselves. - FTO

      Cons

      - Management and leadership experience can be difficult and inconsistent. - Expected to “figure it out” on your own, and if you guess wrong, that can be treated as a performance issue. -Very little formal process documentation and there is hesitation to do so. - Some people are very good at punting their duties around, especially when things get complicated or high-visibility. - A lot of optics and internal politics. - Management feedback is reactive. - Lots of late stage career executives talking about retirement rather than future growth - The company has been around for over 25 years, but no transparency about where it’s headed next - Feedback can be vague and subjective - My direct manager acted as supportive and open, but was inconsistent and forgetful. - Strong emphasis on “ownership,” but limited to help employees succeed - Nepotism.

      Nowadays there are no reason to be there.

      Cons

      now it is a place for green-headed roosters who are good at destroying what has been created for years and adding more and more new technologies to show investors that there is actually a lot of work. Unfortunately, the quality of the product only suffers from this.
