      Staff Turnover is high!

      Pros

      High commission on sales, IF you make target. Annual high end travel trip if you make or exceed annual KPI

      Cons

      Unrealistic sales targets. Pips when you don't agree with direct manager Large volume of internal training modules you have to complete on a constant basis Lack of support across departments Lack of internal communication High staff turnover across departments, which means incomplete supporting workflow gets lost. HR team is typical of a corporate company. Not there to support staff, they are information gatherers, destroying staff at every opportunity.

      - AEs (and SDRs) are just numbers on a spreadsheet to sales leadership at ND, not people - Poor, disorganised onboarding process - No product training - Average management

      - Extremely data obsessed - Need to pivot quickly if not working, not enough cooling time given to ssee long-term ROI
