The Executive Leaders are terrible with communication often rolling out changes late and communicating them after the fact. Not great at setting expectations. They also have made many employee impacting changes including adjusting pay increases etc. AFTER the year was over and retro acting it to the previous year and telling us all to just accept it even though clear communication was never given. They don't listen to their employees and make changes based on what they think is best instead of based on data.

Doesn’t promote growth in accounting. They want you to work 50+ hours every week and be a team player but there is no recognition. Low raises. Only gave us 2% raise instead of giving you what you deserve in this economic crisis. Controller doesn’t listen to advice from peers, and expects you to work sometimes during your day off
