Pros

Team is incredible. Enjoy the comradery with the team.

Cons

Pay is mid. The commission structure is confusing, and has gotten worse year over year even though each year it is pitched on how we will make more money. Cost of living is going up and pay is not keeping up with it.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you value the team dynamic—that’s something we take pride in. We appreciate your honesty regarding compensation and commission structure. We're currently reviewing both to ensure they’re competitive, clear, and aligned with performance. Your comments on career progression are also noted—we're working to ensure growth opportunities exist across all levels, not just leadership. Thanks again for sharing your perspective.

Pros

Christian and Mike are the best leaders I've ever worked with. I actually feel like they cared about me as a person not just a number which is unheard of in sales. NetDocuments itself is a solid product with a great reputation. Great market fit and only one real competitor. Presidents Club is insane, think Rome not Cancun. Quota was reasonable. Work life balance is great, they will let you put family first as long as you're working. Loved all my coworkers, people like to help each other and are generally fun and uplifting to be around.

Cons

Pay is below average, I'd have never left it if it was at market. Mid market should not be month to month quota, that is such a Utah company thing. As there's less Worldox upsells no one has really adapted to finding new pipe. Partner efforts aren't great. BDR's getting better at least under their new leaders. Need way more BDR's supporting the team and going to events.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We're glad you had such a positive experience with the team—especially with Christian and Mike—and that you found value in our culture, product, and work-life balance. We appreciate your honest input around compensation, pipeline planning, and BDR support. These are areas we continue to assess as we grow and adapt to a changing sales landscape. Wishing you all the best in your next chapter!
