Have heard questionable comments regarding ethnic background from employees across multiple departments. - Below average pay - Exodus of talent from senior management - Turnover in the operations and development teams has steadily increased - No DEI policy, initiatives, or training

Decent benefits and pay. Company provides lunch twice a week

Cons

Out of touch and unengaged senior management. Zero leadership skill from senior management. Lack of direction and communication, just a bunch of repeated and regurgitated corporate speak fluff from all senior management. Horrible work/life balance. Unrealistic expectations. No appreciation or recognition. Gestapo HR department, nobody is on your side. Toxic, high stress, abysmal work environment.
