Pros

A few talented folks that were a true pleasure to work with

Cons

This place has turned into a mad house! Unfortunately, we used to be agile … and it’s turning into a waterfall hell. Hello 2013? … over run by so much process that you cannot get anything done. Micromanagement galore. If you want to spend the rest of your work life having meetings about meetings and talking about the same thing over and over in each meeting, this is the right place for you. If you want to work with a group of unmotivated developers, this is also the place for you. No one is motivated to build anything because nothing is enjoyable anymore. If you follow “agile 2” aka non agile this is the place for you. Process over people is the goal here. If you think this place is innovative like a real tech company, it’s not. About to watch HR add five reviews above this one with 5 stars

Pros

The people that continue to hang on to this company (mostly for the sake of nostalgia, I’m guessing) are one of the few things that continue to make this company bearable. Also still have decent benefits and Flex Time off, which is appreciated.

Cons

Pay is low. Under-appreciated and overworked should never be the goal, but the slap-in-the-face pay raises that don’t even cover cost-of-living increases are actually a pay CUT and truly make your employees feel that they aren’t valued, which is why they’re leaving in droves. The focus is so much more on profits and product lately, instead of people. People drive your company. Make them feel valued and the other stuff will come naturally.

Pros

This place was never great, but it was at least was ok. Now, it's terrible.

Cons

All of the best talent has left. This should be a huge red flag. What's worse is that the company is not recognizing that there is an issue. As a rep, you are forced to push products that are not ready and on top of that, you have to downplay the complexity of deployment of the tech. Management could not care less about their people and they make that abundantly clear. Oh, and as far as diversity goes, this place is full of white guys from Utah, and they like to promote their own.
