Pros

There are individuals that will do everything they can to help you in your professional growth. There are a great number of hardworking people there and really push to make NetJets #1 in fractional airline ownership.

Cons

Since Santulli left there is no mistaking this is a business. The family feeling hs as they say"left the building" However profitability is up which is great! In some recent written communication it was mad abundantly clear that bad mouthing the leadership will not be tolerated and if discovered that individual would receive the full wrath they can administer. So in closing I would like to say "I will sell my family to gypsies and my dog to Micheal Vick if it brings the company profit!

Pros

Good salary taking in consideration other companys operating in Portugal. Good benefits package. Challenging job

Cons

Bad communications between departments. Everybody is always triyng to "point the finger" to somebody when an error occured. Nobody, with fear of the Higher Management, tries to understand the nature of the errors. The last collective dismissal of 100 employes due to the economic crises was a big shame. Very commited employees where dismissed without a proper reason when comparing with others that stayed and had minor performance and poor evaluations.

Pros

Prior to the economic meltdown in 2008 NetJets Internatinal was a great place to work. Compensation was good, benefits were excellent (401K - 50% match up to 15%, Tuition reimbursement, full health, dental, and vision coverage), and PTO was easy to utilize.

Cons

Since 2008, union negotiations left all non union members high and dry (relatively speaking). 401k matching was halted, tuition reimbursement was terminated, annual raises were not issued, and we had to start paying for health dental and vision. Company culture is relaxed (casual / bus. casual attire, and condensed work week for operations positions) and almost family like, but there has alwaysbeen favoritism to the recently (and partially unwillingly) unionized pilots.
