      Pros

      The co workers are professional and hard working.The work is satisfying and challenging. the benifits were much better before Socol took over.

      Cons

      The atmosphere of more more more with less. Socol thought it was necessary to lay people off on 9/11 ,, shame on you. the feeling if you don't like it,,, there is the door.

      Pros

      The coworkers and people I worked with at NetJets who were below the senior leadership levels were exceptional. The pride and teamwork was unyielding.

      Cons

      After Santulli began to place his trust in unscrupulous and inept people for key roles of operational and senior leadership, the slide down the slippery slope was quick for him and the company.
