      Pay and benefits stand above majority of other companies. Provide great support for getting the job done.

      You are gone away from home a lot, however you know that up front.

      Netjets was a great place to work.

      Pros

      The people were great from Managers to entry level. Great benefits. Days off not usually an issue. Everyone was driven to complete the company's main goal, get the passenger from point A to point B as safe as possible.

      Cons

      Hostile change in management and poor financial performance forced Netjets to layoff more the 300 employees on September 11, 2009. Benefits have been cut to existing employees. Not a family atmosphere anymore.

      localized and family style, from the good side, treat you pretty fairly ok, esp. when you are new and they try to help you out

      Cons

      localized and family style, from the bad side, people act not really professional, from time to time you feel hard to merge into them
