Pros

Stong company financially, employees treated well, very well run with high moral and motivation. Fully paid medical/dental/vision programs that rate among the highest in standard of coverage, great 401K match, 4 crew meals/day during trips. Overall the company will bend over backward to help you do your job and they are phenomenal at helping us to to understand we are not just worker bees or spokes at the end of a wheel. One company..management /pilots/mechanics/flt attendants etc. that fuction together to provide the very best service possible to our owners. I'm proud to be here.

Cons

Gone 7 days in a row for one schedule....most employees adapt quickly and tend to prefer this schedule as it's extrememely dependable.

Pros

It is a well run company with motivated personnel that are empowered to make things better. I am treated like an asset to the company and its customers.

Cons

For an aviation job, there really are none to speak of. Its size does allow for some inefficiencies, but they company is aggressively working to reduce them.

It's not as glamorous as it looks.

Pros

The benefits are comprehensive and the office is well located.

Cons

The hiring and promoting practices are questionable. The HR practices and policies are very inconsistent. Employee morale is extremely low in many areas of the company. I would not recommend working at NetJets in an entry level position (flight services). Working as a manager or at executive level is well compensated. Entry level employees are badly paid and not respected by senior management
