      Pros

      The benefits and perks of the job were the best part of it all. Sadly, there will never be free health insurance again.

      Cons

      It was not a level playing field, especially in the Operations department. I worked on the "black sheep" team because no one wanted the tasks that we did. I pity the person who still works there.

      Pros

      Salary, benefits, time off and emphasis in family.

      Cons

      Netjets is becoming a large corporate machine and losing the personal nature of the management/employee relationship. Bad news is arriving via email to it's employees rather than a personal message from management.

      Pros

      Benefits package is great and free regardless of family size. It is an interesting company to work for with a business model unlike any other company out there. It has a great reputation for being the best private aviation company in the world.

      Cons

      The pay is semi-competitive with what you would see elsewhere. Many jobs, exempt and non-expempt, require rotating or varied schedules. Most jobs you have to start out on one of those schedules. The PTO program is horrible. There are no sick days, personal days, or flex days. You get very little vacation and the 10 given holidays. Very poor.
