Decent pay. Wide portfolio of products.

Cons

They tend to pay more awards/bonus and keep the CTC low. This creates a hindrance in negotiating higher % increments with prospective employers. Very disjointed/silo'ed approach in working. It will take ages to really understand what is going on in the program.
