Great company with a lot of opprtunities

Pros

Hell lot of projects, keeps winning new deals even when the market is not in the best shape. Very large product portfolio that is constantly updating. All of that results in very interesting projects where you can learn a lot a make a real impact.

Cons

Very demanding. Sometimes feels like you are in sport and if would like to be on top - you have to go above and beyond even at the cost of work/life balance.
