Great atmosphere on projects and in the office Rapid career growth Good for starters Lots of great specialists in all fields Internal training center (soft skills, internal frameworks) Not an outsource, develops & delivers its own product Lots of opportunities for business trips abroad

Cons

Lack of horizontal carrer growth Lack of developer's development program Sub-par ergonomics of workplaces Open-spaced enviroment in some branch offices Employee's growth heavily depends on who's your line & project managers/leads. No matter what skills & work experience do you have, you will not be offered a position if * you have no IT-related engineering degree * you chose to not pursue a Master's degree after getting Bachelor's degree * you are a former NC employee
