      until 2020, the company was great with perks and support from management

      Cons

      Post 2020, management changed and micro management started, no support in giving new projects and no hike until we request, asks employees to come office 3 days, which is fine but 8 hours strict is an inhuman thing, which company would be this strict and no cab facility..no reimbursement..seems like HR management is mindless in implementing these things...managers and directors are worst and not supportive..please don't join

      0 growth. No hike since 2 years. Nothing good to mention. It is a kind of company who says we have enough projects but on the time of appraisal they threaten you about market conditions. No hike past 2 years. Worst work culture. So much of politics favorism here. No specific appraisal times. They just fool you. Employees are leaving.
